want to become a member?

First, please contact us to talk about your cycling experience and what you might be looking for, i.e. your cycling goals. If you are new to cycling then we would recommend a beginners cycling program or coaching session.

Are you keen on weekly rides, training rides, racing, or volunteering at events? We can then direct you to suitable options either in our club or elsewhere.

To join the Skinny Lattes Cycling Club first contact us and then visit the AusCycling website, choose the membership and then select SLCC from the club finder.

We will then contact you with details about our membership and code of conduct.

There are some basic requirements for joining the Skinny Lattes Cycling Club.

  • We invite you to join us on some club rides to see if the club is the right fit for you.
  • As a guide, being able to ride a distance of approximately 50km at a speed of around 25km per hour on a flat ride.

These requirements will give you the chance to meet some members and feel safe on the rides.

We have weekly club rides for our members. These range from hills rides to more casual flat beach ride on a Sunday morning. At the moment we are running road rides on Wednesday & Saturday (hills) and Sunday (flat).

We use the weekly rides plus specific training rides to help members prepare for upcoming events. Some women are also interested in racing at a higher level and the SLCC can also provide pathways for this.
